PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a foreign object such as an accessory from dropping through between a side part of a seat cushion and vehicle-body equipment adjacently arranged at a side of the seat cushion.;SOLUTION: The object dropping preventing structure of a vehicle seat is constituted to enable the seat cushion 30 to move between a seated state 30a and a stored state 30b with use of a link member 34 which is pivotally fit between the side part of the seat cushion 30 and a member on the vehicle-body floor side. The vehicle seat 10, which has been formed with a gap between the side part of the seat cushion 30 and vehicle-body equipment adjacently arranged at the side of the seat cushion 30, through which the foreign object such as the accessory may drop, is arranged with an object fall preventing tray 60 in the dropping route of the foreign object running from the gap forming position to the vehicle-body floor. The arranged position includes a trajectory along which the link member 34 moves while the seat cushion 30 moves between the seated state 30a and the stored state 30b.
