PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen flame retardant thermoplastic elastomer composition having an equivalent flexibility to that of a halogen-based material by applying a method for not damaging the flexibility while improving the heat deformation resistance of the thermoplastic elastomer composition. PSOLUTION: This non-halogen flame retardant thermoplastic elastomer composition is provided by including (A) a polyolefin-based resin copolymerized with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative and a silane compound, (B) an amorphous polyolefin-based resin copolymerized with the silane compound, (C) a polyolefin-based resin and (D) a metal hydroxide, and silane-crosslinking the (A) and (B).
