P To provide a teaching material for downhill skiing practice, which enables even a child and an adult without the experience of skiing, for example and to easily obtain a downhill skiing technique. PSOLUTION: The teaching material 1A for downhill skiing practice is constituted by arranging a practice slope part 2 indoors and forming upper side level surface 4, an inclination surface 5, and a lower side level surface ON the upper surface of the practice slope part 2, laying plastic mats 10 and rubber and/or elastomer sheets 15 side by side ON the inclination surface 5 so as to connect the upper side level surface 4 and the lower side level surface 6, making the plastic mat portions fields 7 exclusive for downhill skiing and making the rubber and/or elastomer sheet portions fields 8 exclusive for climbing.
