PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately assign cubic structure data to arrangement information by accurately integrating a database storing the cubic structure data related to a biopolymer such as a protein and a database storing the arrangement information. PSOLUTION: Amino acid arrangement information before modification is created from a second database having a data set wherein at least the cubic structure data of the protein and modified amino acid arrangement information used when acquiring the cubic structure data are associated by use of the modified amino acid arrangement information included in the read data set and information related to the modification a data set included in a first database having a data set wherein at least amino acid arrangement information of the protein and organism species information are associated is retrieved with the amino acid arrangement information before the modification as a key, and a data set wherein the amino acid arrangement information included in the first database indicates identity not less than a prescribed value to the amino acid arrangement information before the modification and wherein the organism species information included in the first database accords with the organism species information related to the amino acid arrangement information before the modification is specified.
