PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for lubrication release coating which can impart releasing properties and lubricity to the inside surface of a metal-made mold for molding rubber or a plastic molding without a special fluorine compound, and form a lubrication release film having excellent heat and pressure resistances and durability, a method of forming a lubrication release film using the composition, a mold for the film forming method and a method of manufacturing the mold. PSOLUTION: The composition for lubrication release coating includes a modified silicone resin, a catalyst for hardening the resin and a reactive silicone oil. The method of forming a lubrication release film comprises steps fpr applying a solvent-type silicone acrylic primer to a surface to be coated, applying the composition for lubrication release coating without baking hardening and baking, and hardening the whole of the coating film. The mold has the surface coated with the composition as the surface coming in contact with an article to be molded in the mold substrate and a silicone acrylic primer layer as the base coat, and is laminated further with the lubrication release film formed of the composition for lubrication release coating.
