PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new medicine for: preventing and treating a left ventricular remodeling being phenomena such that cardiac muscle cells necrotize by being damaged by a load applied to the heart due to occlusion of coronary artery or the like, the change of forms occurs such that cardiac cell falling-off of cardiomuscular cells, thinning, extension and hypertrophy and extension of healthy part cardiomuscles, enlargement of lumen, phibrosis of interstitial tissues, following these; and preventing and treating arrhythmia due to cardiomuscular cell necrosis, hypertrophy of ventricle middle partition wall and enlargement of cardiac lumen.
