PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed structure unit-type building that can be constructed easily and eliminates the need for members with high dimensional accuracy such as a joint beam and a steel floor panel, and to provide a method of constructing the same.;SOLUTION: Building units 1 and 1 are arranged opposedly in the lateral direction at a prescribed interval. Reinforcement concrete slabs 11 and 12 are installed in the upper end of the building unit 1 between the building units 1 and 1, so that construction can be conducted easily and the need for members with high dimensional accuracy such as a joint beam and a steel floor panel is eliminated, thereby reducing cost.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
