PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge an opening while suppressing the deterioration of the rigidity of a building unit.;SOLUTION: In the installation structure of a unit type building, a pair of building units formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape by joining a plurality of columns and upper and lower beams are arranged, and the pair of building units are adjacently arranged such that at least one mutual upper beams of the pair of building units are linearly arranged. The linearly arranged mutual upper beams of the pair of building units are formed with a reinforcement beam extended along the beams so as to be connected to the mutual upper beams. The columns faced to the reinforcement beam other than the ends of the reinforcement beam among the plurality of columns in the building unit are removed. An outer wall part including the linearly arranged mutual upper beams of the pair of building units is formed with an opening such that the region of the removed columns is included.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
