PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing tantalic acid compound fine particles having excellent uniformity in particle diameter and chemical composition and high crystallinity.;SOLUTION: The production method includes: a step of obtaining a melt comprising, expressed by mol% on an oxide basis, 10-60% MO (M is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Ba, Sr, Ca and Mg), 1-20% Ta₂O₅ and 30-85% B₂O₃; a step of obtaining an amorphous material by rapidly cooling the me a step of depositing crystals of a tantalic acid compound from the amorphous material; and a step of separating and purifying tantalic acid compound crystals from the resulting deposits, in this order.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
