PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous solution of a temperature-responsive polymer showing UCST (upper critical solution temperature) and a water dispersion of temperature-responsive particles, in which a dissolved state or a dispersed state is not spoiled even when the solution or the dispersion is stored for a long period of time at a temperature at which a ligand such as an antibody and an antigen is not deactivated by the temperature.;SOLUTION: The aqueous solution of a temperature-responsive polymer showing upper critical solution temperature (UCST) in a state included in water, or the water dispersion of temperature-responsive particles containing the polymer is stored by incorporating a predetermined amount of a UCST reducing agent into the solution or the dispersion so as to decrease the UCST of the aqueous solution or the water dispersion to a storage temperature or lower.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
