PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkali earth metal aluminate phosphor having a high retention of light emitting intensity and baking brightness and a fluorescent lamp having a high luminous flux and its retention and a wide color reproduction range.;SOLUTION: The alkali earth metal aluminate phosphor comprises at least one kind of element selected from among barium, strontium and calcium as the host element, at least one kind of element selected from among magnesium and zinc, aluminum, oxygen and europium or europium and manganese as an activation element. The phosphor further contains 0.15-1.60 mole% of at least one kind element selected from among lithium, sodium and potassium and 0.07-2.10 mole% of at least one kind element selected from among fluorine, chlorine, bromine and iodine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
