PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device suitable for partially restoring a blank sheet of Al-Mg-Si-based alloy for cold press-shaping. PSOLUTION: The device includes: a heating block, which has a pedestal for horizontally supporting the blank sheet and has a heater, and which comes into contact with a to-be-heated part on the surface of the blank sheet on the pedestal at the time of lowering to locally heat the part at 30C/min or more to a temperature of 150-350C; a cooling means for rapidly cooling the to-be-heated part at a cooling speed of 30C/min or more to a temperature of 100C after heating with the heating block; a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the to-be-heated part heated by the heating block; and a controlling means for controlling the heater according to the temperature detected by the temperature sensor.
