PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action observation measurement control system using gardening therapy for generally determining the state of an object on the basis of a value for which the action of the object is automatically digitized from video data and effectively treating the object. PSOLUTION: The action observation measurement control system using the gardening therapy is provided with a photographing means for photographing the object in order to observe the action of the object, a display means for displaying the video data from the photographing means, a digitizing means for digitizing the action of the object displayed at the display means, and a control means for storing the video data from the photographing means and evaluating the state of the object from a digitized value from the digitizing means. The action of the object is digitized by the digitizing means on the basis of the video data from the photographing means, and the control means recognizes the action of the object by the digitized value and generally evaluates the state of the object.
