Operational preparation of plan manner and device of energy distribution system

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating an operation plan of energy supply system which supplies a solution, without fail, to an operator under a constraint condition including start/stop or capacity utilization of an apparatus. PSOLUTION: There are provided a step (ST110) for setting a start/stop constraint for each energy supply apparatus, a step (ST120) which causes the set start/stop constraint to become a target function, and a step (ST150) for calculating an optimization issue by reading an equation in which the start/stop constraint is made a target function along with basic data. If the step for calculating optimization issue can acquire a solution by minimizing the target function, the step (ST120) which causes the start/stop constraint to be a target function generates a target function for each energy supply apparatus so that the value becomes smaller, if the requirement for start/stop constraint is satisfied; but the value becomes larger, if the requirement of start/stop constraint is not satisfied.
