PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regular method of recoding a first positive integer "n" as an exponent of code exponent algorithm.;SOLUTION: In the regular method, an integer "s" smaller than "n" is chosen for defining an integer n'=n-s whose m-ary representation is added digit-wise to the m-ary representation of "s" to yield a recoded representation of "n", for some integer "m".
