PSOLUTION: The reducing agent for the alcoholic concentration of the expiration after the drinking is characterized as comprising an extract from Ampelopsis brevipedunculata Trautv. A food and drink is characterized as adding the reducing agent for the alcoholic concentration of the expiration after the drinking. A method for reducing the alcoholic concentration of the expiration after the drinking is characterized as ingesting any of the reducing agent for the alcoholic concentration of the expiration after the drinking and the food and drink 30 min before the drinking to the time just after the drinking.
