PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated steel-sheet earthquake-resisting wall capable of minimizing a degree of freedom in designing for the earthquake-resisting wall impaired by forming an opening, a method for designing the corrugated steel-sheet earthquake-resisting wall and a building with the corrugated steel-sheet earthquake-resisting wall.;SOLUTION: The corrugated steel sheet 24 mounted on a peripheral member 18 includes a first corrugated sheet 30 and a second corrugated sheet 32. An opening 34 is formed in the first corrugated sheet 30, while the first corrugated sheet 30 and the second corrugated sheet 32 are different in the shear rigidity. Consequently, the opening 34 can be used as a utility opening or the like. Since the wavy pattern or the like of the corrugated steel sheet 24 is specified by forming the opening 34 in the first corrugated sheet 30, the second corrugated sheet 32 can be designed freely.
