PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security-releasing device which is capable of security release appropriate for users of a building. PSOLUTION: A security-releasing device 50 comprises: a reservation content storage 52c for storing a first database for associating a reserved facility in a building, an ID of a user who made a reservation of the facility, and a time zone of the reservation of the facility, with one another, and a second database for associating, for an each group formed by grouping the ID, with a determination whether to release security of a door depending on the facility being reserved or not; an ID acquiring part 52a for acquiring the user ID from an authentication device; a security release determination part 52d for determining whether the security for the door corresponding to the authentication device is to be released on the basis of the user ID and the first and second databases; and a security release signal output part 52e for outputting a security release signal if determined that the security is to be released.
