PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt attaching method and a seat belt attaching structure of which the versatility is high, and by which a fitting property can be enhanced when the seat belt is attached.;SOLUTION: Belts 51 and 52 can be supported on a vehicle body floor 63 by extending the connecting belt 51 and the wrap belt 52 for restraining the hips of a person sitting on a seat part 41 of a wheelchair 1 toward the vehicle body floor 63 through a gap 42 between the seat surface 31 and the back surface 32 of the seat part 41.
