Invention is directed by the field of image processing generally, furthermore details are directed to the method and the device in order to decide the wave front of the eye of the object and the especially human. As for invention, method and the device for real-time wave front sensing of the optical system which utilizes the algorithm where two differs in order to detect the heart point of the heart point kind of image which is offered by the Hartmann - shiyatsuku wave front sensor are disclosed. 1st algorithm detects the initial position of all heart points, 2nd algorithm detects all incremental changes of the heart point which is detected with 1st algorithm.
