Integrated data capture workflows are initiated from within an electronic medical record (EMR). Selections of data from the EMR are received to make available to case report forms. The case report forms are populated with the selections of data and associated audit information. Selections of alternate results are received. The case report forms are populated with the alternate results and associated alternate result audit information. The case report forms are stored.
