An electronic apparatus includes a touch detection unit, a non-touch detection unit and a control unit. The touch detection unit is arranged to detect a touch sensing event to generate a touch detection result. The non-touch detection unit is arranged to detect a non-touch sensing event to generate a non-touch detection result. The control unit is coupled to the touch detection unit and the non-touch detection unit, and is arranged to enable the electronic apparatus to perform a specific function according to at least the touch detection result and the non-touch detection result.
