A new and distinct cultivar of Hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-210’, characterized by glossy, dark green leaves; very upright habit appropriate for container production and culture; freely flowering habit; and large flowers having a glossy, russet red eye, sharply rimmed with a narrow pale lilac zone which indistinctly borders a rose pink body zone, at about one third the radial distance from the flower center to the petal edge. The rose pink zone extends nearly to the petal edge, where it fades to a blush pink border. The stamens are bright orange.
