A system and Method for authenticating the identity of an object that is being tracked through the supply chain, which includes an interface that communicates with Custodians of Objects in the supply chain using a standard protocol, which g Uarda follow-up Events for the objectWhen any one of the Custodians of Predefined reports on an event Object for the object. The system and Method also include a storage that stores Data Authentication to authenticate the information on monitoring of events corresponding to the object.The information on monitoring of events includes a First identifier and a Second identifier Objects of objects such that the second Object Identifier is true independently of the first object identifier.
