The present invention relates to a powder mixture for peroral solution containing L-alpha-glyceryl-phosphoryl-choline used in the pharmaceutical industry for the preparation of formulations with nootropic therapeutic activity. The powder mixture according to the invention contains the active substance L-alpha- glyceryl-phosphoryl-choline and a stabiliser, which is a mixture of synthetic amorphousform of magnesium aluminometasilicate and D-mannitol, as well as slippery substances, sweeteners and flavours. The mixture can additionally include also other active substances, such as acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride, alpha lipoic acid, vitamin V6, vitamin V12, folic acid or mixtures of above. The mixture for peroral solution according to the invention has good rheological properties, it is stable when stored, has good water solubility and good organoleptic properties, it is produced in a simplified manner adaptable to streamlined production and is designed for dosing in sachets.
