The present invention relates to a device for membrane separation and selective treatment of industrial fluids and bio-objects from viruses, pathogen microorganisms, pathology cells, toxins, slag andother chemical substances, finding application in the physics-chemistry, the biology, the ecology, the medicine, the cosmetics, the agriculture, the food technologies and other industries. The invention is based on the constrained inhibited diffusion, i.e. on the constrained diffusion in limited volumes. Additionally, individual or complex effects are applied with vibrations, ultrasonic waves or electromagnetic fields, giving ability for quantitative assessment of their efficiency in order to expand and intensify the selective treatment or the membrane separation. The device allows fundamental studies of the course of the diffusion processes between different fluids in constrained and free volumes. The device models the existence conditions of living cells and organs and contributes to the invention of medical treatment methods. The device consists of case (1) containing two tanks (3) connected via fluid-conductive connection (6) and selective permeability membrane (5). In each tank (3) there is one moving piston (9) with axis (10) fixed to tension sensor (11) connected to indicator (13). The device is placed in thermostat (14). The bearing construction (4) of the membrane (5) is connected to controllable vibration generator (16). Emitter of ultrasonic waves (22) is mounted at the case (1) and is connected to controllable vibration generator (23). Electrodes (27, 31) externally coated with isolation elements (29, 32) and connected to a controllable source of high voltage (28) are fixed to the outer sides of the case (1). Each tank (3) is equipped with appropriate inertia-less temperature sensor (25) connected to indicator (26) reading the temperature in the tanks (3).
