SOYBEAN EXTRACT AS BACTERIAL INHIBITOR AND PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF THE SAME. The present invention deals with an "EXTRACT OF SOY MALT AS BACTERIAL INHIBITOR AND PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF THE SAME". The invention comprises processes for the production of extracts containing high levels of proteins and carbohydrates, capable of adsorbing enterobacteria, preventing gastrointestinal infections in animals. Specifically, it deals with methods and compositions to prevent infections caused by gram-negative bacteria. It is proposed to produce these extracts from soybean meal and subsequent extraction and purification processes.
