Halophilic strain of Shewanella haliotis F1 bacterium and use of the strain for biological degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons

Disclosed halophilic strain bacteria Shewanella haliotis F1 and use of this strain for the treatment of contaminated soils, water and sediment in the remediation of petroleum contaminants in environments with higher salinity. Halophilic bacterial strain Shewanella haliotis F1 is stored in the CCM - Czech Collection of Microorganisms, Masaryk University, Tvrdého 14, 602 00 Brno under the deposit number of sample CCM 8486: Shewanella haliotis (F1).
