The process for producing preliminary prestressed monolithic reinforced concrete structures of the present invention is characterized in that at least one prestressing frame (1), consisting of a spacer (2) and a reinforcement (4) anchored to said spacer (2), is put into a shuttering (7) and embedded into concrete such that the reinforcement (4) is accommodated inside the prepared monolithic structure (8) and the spacer (2) protrudes above said monolithic structure (8). After mechanical bond of the reinforcement (4) and the monolithic structure (8) is achieved, the spacer (2) separates from the structure (8). Apparatus for making the above-described process consists of at least one prestressing frame (1) composed of a spacer (2) and reinforcement (4) anchored to the spacer (2). The frame (1) is put into a shuttering (7) such that the reinforcement (4) is located inside the prepared monolithic structure (8).
