In the present invention, there is disclosed a TALL-1 binding molecule comprising an amino acid sequence Dze2eLze4, wherein ze2 denotes an amino acid radical and ze4 is T or I, and wherein the molecule does no comprise the following fragments: TACI, BCMA, or BAFFR (SEQ ID NO: 195, 196 and 197). There are also disclosed a DNA encoding this molecule, an expression vector containing this DNA and a host cell comprising this vector. Disclosed is also the use of the aforementioned molecule for the treatment of B cells-mediated autoimmune diseases.
