Nutrient compositions and nutrient optimizing compositions are proposed. Dietary compositions and methods for the individualization of such compositions are proposed to optimize the content of nutrients that have a beneficial effect within specific ranges. Nutrition plans and formulations containing dietary products with an optimized content of phytochemicals, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, lipids, proteins, carbohydrates, probiotics, prebiotics, microorganisms and fiber are proposed. Nutrition plans and modular packaging of nutrients are proposed, containing food products and beverages individualized according to consumer needs, classified by diet, age, size, sex, medical conditions, family history, climate, etc.
