DEVICE FOR OSTEOSYNTHESIS OF PERIARTICULAR AND INTRAARTICULAR JOINT FRACTURES OF LONG BONES

The invention relates to medical tools, in particular to devices for surgical treatment of periarticular and intraarticular joint fractures of long bones. The essence of the claimed invention is characterized in that the device for surgical treatment of peri- and intraarticular joint fractures of long bones comprises a support and two fixing stems arranged thereon, the stems are made in the form of perforated channel bars, connected therebetween by a detachable joint at an angle. The claimed device is compact in size and therefor is less traumatic than prior arts. It creates the required compression and osteosynthesis stabilization, stipulates vascularization process, rapid consolidation and regeneration strengthening. The device is multifunctional, since it can be used for periarticular and intraarticular joint fractures of long bones.
