摘要

We describe here a laccase-porphyrin system catalytically active for dioxygen reduction. In the presence of an excess of enzyme, transient absorption of the laser flash excited pair suggests the formation of the long-lived radical cation of ZnTMPyP4+ initiated in the triplet state of the porphyrin. The persistence of the excited state for several hundreds of as alloww a de-excitation process through an electron transfer to the enzyme with a high quantum yield.
