GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM -SUNTRACKER (GPS ST)

摘要

Novelty: suntracker: a sun positioning system usable for the operation of the natural lighting system is disclosed. Operation mode: the invented system (fig.1.2) detects the sun’s motion on the basis of all geographical data of the solar system so as to know the amplitude and longitude of the position of the mirror of the present invention (fig.1.1) and the sun’s orientation as well. A motor (fig.1.4) powered by a small-sized photovoltaic panel (fig.1.3) transmits its motion to the rotation shaft of the mirror being thus in position to follow the sun’s direction all day long. Embodiment: sun tracking for power generation through photovoltaic systems; upgraded efficiency of the photovoltaic systems in use.
