Novelty: an advertising skewer for souvlakis is disclosed. Constitution: the thin long and narrow round- or square-sectioned stem (1) the one end of which is sharp (7) and the other (2,10) longitudinal flattened and symmetric or asymmetric as to the fictive axis of the stem (1); two recessed portions (3) formed at the junction point of the thin portion of the stem with the flattened portion (handle) thereof. Advertising message can be engraved or printed, in whatever manner, on the two flattened sides of the flattened portion (2, 10). Advantage: low advertising cost for souvlaki -producing companies engraving their name on the two sides of the flattened end of the skewer used in souvlakis or related products.
