The preset invention relates to a new method of gene integration in cells comprising the steps of: preparation of a suspension of poly nucleotide fragments comprising the desired gene in a hypotonic solution; administration of said suspension to cells or tissues; and maintenance of the cells or tissues in vitro or in its normal physiological condition. The invention also relates to a method of generating transgenic animal.
