The subject matter provides a method of production of bio-oil and a device thereof. The subject matter also provides a feedstock composition, and bio-oil produced by the feedstock composition. The feedstock composition comprises biomass-material and polymer(s). The subject matter provides a reactor to produce bio-oil and method thereof. The subject matter provides a method and a device thereof to segregate the first bio-oil into aqueous bio-oil and organic bio-oil and settling the aqueous bio-oil and the organic bio-oil under gravity to obtain the second and the third bio-oil respectively. The segregating is performed in a third gravity settler. The subject matter provides a method and a device thereof to blend the second bio-oil and the third bio-oil to obtain the fourth bio-oil.
