A NEW TECHNIQUE FOR PROVIDING CLEAN SOLAR PANELS

A solar panel cleaning device for cleaning a top surface of a solar panel is presented. The solar panel cleaning device includes a condensation surface and a cooling module. The cooling module is adapted to cool the condensation surface below a given temperature for condensing atmospheric water on the condensation surface. The condensation surface is fluidly connected to the top surface of the solar panel such that the atmospheric water so condensed flows from the condensation surface to the top surface of the solar panel and washes away dust particles from the top surface of the solar panel.
