the diet to reduce weight, characterised by the fact that the protein is replaced with amino acids, which represent the exogenous amino acids in free form, selected from leucine from 6,83 to 9,75%, lysine from 5.25% to 7.50%, valine from 4,55% to 6.50%, 4.38% to 6.25% of phenylalanine isoleucine, from 3.5% to 5%, methionine from 2,63% to 3.75%, threonine 2,63% to 3.75% and tryptophan from 0.7% to 1%. the invention also concerns application of exogenous amino acids in free form to produce the composition of diet.
