Confusion device or building is characterized by being an open or closed flow channel and having the shape of a permanent tangent connected to the bottom and shore of the river/canal (2) or with the possibility of exposing i t over a liquid mirror, accelerating the speed of the stream flowing through it, and in the case of excess waters allowing it to overflow with special effluents (3),above the crown (4) or under (5) the discharge device or channel (6) simultaneously exchanging heat with liquid as a diaphragm exchanger (7) and with the possibility of filtering the flow stream through an additional filtration device.
