The oil-free plasma ignition system used in an oxygen-enriched environment shall contain a plasma generator (1) and a burner (2) and a group of tubes placed in parallel to the burner (2),and the group of tulips contains many mutually reinforcing tulips. Ring space (A, B, C) is formed between neighbouring casings and between the casing and the lighter. Oxygen channels (3, 4) are present on the shells,with oxygen channels also on the burner. Plasma supplied by plasma generators creates a local high temperature zone filled with high temperature plasma and a mixture of carbon dust and air. The design of the invention is simple and can be used for different types of coal and, in particular, it is suitable for use as a seamless plasma ignition system used in an oxygen-enriched environment for low-volatile coal.
