The invention relates to a sensor with an active surface usefully nano-structured in resonance techniques of analysis such as: spectroscopy with surface plasmon resonance, absorption spectroscopy with resonant cavity in evanescent wave, Fabry-Perot spectroscopy, optimized surface Raman spectroscopy. According to the invention, the sensor comprises a prism with circular profile, placed between some concave mirrors with very high reflectivity in the ultraviolet-infrared range, the mirrors forming a resonant cavity, on the prism plane surface there being provided a nanostructure comprising a quartz sublayer and a humectation layer made of Ni, deposited on the entire prism plane surface, a layer of Ag, deposited on half of the plane surface, and over it, a layer of AlO, and on the other half of the surface, a regulated network of Ag nanoparticles, the sensor being provided with an inlet which allows an analyte to be brought in contact with a nanostructured surface and an outlet which allows the discharge of the same, above the nanostructured surface there being placed a reflecting structure placed in front of a photo-multiplying tube mounted on a piezoelectric head which allows translations according to three perpendicular directions.
