The invention relates to a process for manufacturing a stationery product used for obtaining dielectric composites. According to the invention, the process consists in mixing resinous wood bleached sulphate cellulose and cyano-ethylated resinous wood bleached sulphate cellulose, the paste mixture is subjected to grinding, in two stages, followed by thermal dehydration and drying, wherefrom there results a thermo-resistant and absorbing stationery product having a consistency of 92...94%, a pH of 5.5...6, an aqueous extract conductivity of 20...25 μ S/m, a Muller pressure resistance of 3.5 kg/cmand ash content of 1%.
