The invention relates to a rattler lining and can be used in mining and processing, building, chemical and other industries. Disclosed rattler liner is made of elements, each of which is made of elastomeric material in the form of a polygonal prism. Both lateral sides of each element consist of two facets located to each other at an angle which is greater than 90 degrees, and have a groove at junction with a base. Depending on the type of the drum for firm adherence to the inner surface of the mill drum the base of elements may be flat or curved outwardly. In the preferred embodiment, to ensure reliable connection of the lining with drum the base of elements has fasteners vulcanized into the body of element. To eliminate gaps or space between the mill drum and lining element it further comprises an elastomeric sealing element located in the grooves on both sides of each element.
