An adaptive balance device unit of a two-arm beam pumping unit relates to oil-producing machines. Improvement is achieved due to the fact that fixed counter-weights are placed on the head of the balance beam and on the free arm of the crank under condition of provision of static equilibrium of four-hinge mechanism, additionally pressing, following and guide rollers are included, movable counterweight, pusher, compression spring and dashpot with possibility of interaction with the elements of the beam pumping unit. The flexible element of the suspension of the beam string is connected to the pressing roller with two following rollers the rotary bearings of which are fixed without possibility of motion on the head of the balance beam, and two guide rollers with rotary bearings that are without possibility of motion and in opposite positions fixed on the prop. On the balance beam radial guides are provided, in the tail sections of those a movable counter-weight is installed, to one of the end sections of that without possibility of motion a pusher is fixed, with pressing roller hinged to it, and to the other one – the rod of the dashpot. The movable counterweight rests on one of the ends of the compression spring. The body of the dashpot is rigidly fixed on the end of the tail of the balance beam with possibility of interaction with the other end of the compression spring. This makes it possible to balance beam the forces of inertia of the links of the mechanism and the variable forces acting on the beam string, and to damper vibrations of the beam pumping unit.
