The invention relates to the field of radio engineering, in particular to passive radio location. An aerostat radio-technical complex includes two aerostats placed in air at same heights over the Earth and separated one from another, each of those is mechanically connected to its surface mobile installation for transportation and unfolding the aerostat, network of electric power supply of equipment of aerostats, surface mobile site for information reception and processing. Additionally at least one aerostat is included, and a mechanically connected to it mobile installation for transportation and unfolding the aerostat. All the aerostats are placed in air space at same heights and are separated one from another in space. In each of the aerostats a passive receiving station with instantaneous sector or circular survey of space in azimuth plane and broad sector survey in the plane of the angle of elevation is installed, an airborne radio-relay station installed on stabilized bearing-rotary platform, airborne inertial-navigation device, airborne inertial-navigation station of digital local communication system, airborne device for remote control of spatial position of aerostats, the motors for correction by heel, pitch and hunting, the main and reserve accumulator batteries, switchboard charging unit of the electric power supply network following the Sun, of the block of solar batteries. The invention makes it possible to increase the range of operation of the complex, at decrease of its survival capability with respect to the means of radio-electronic survey and radio-electronic fight, to increase maneuverability of the complex under conditions of operation, and makes it possible to prolong the working time of aerostat complex presence at working position.
