The applied wheeled supporting design of an implement for moving in forward direction across even and uneven soil surfaces comprises the first and second wheel levers, having the upper and lower ends and connected on the upper ends with the frame; wheels and a crossbar, connected to the frame for oscillating as regards to the axis of the crossbar, practically transversal to the axes of the levers. The crossbar has the first end and that second. The design also has means, functionally connecting the first and second ends with the first and second wheeled levers for limiting moving of the wheeled levers practically in opposite vertical directions, when the frame passes across uneven surfaces, for maintaining practically even load onto the wheels.
