The invention relates to medicine and pharmacy, in particular to methods for simulating pathology in test animals such as acute epinephrine and hydrocortisone induced myocardial infarction, for investigation of such disorders and preclinical study of pharmaceutical agents for the correction thereof. Epinephrine hydrochloride 0.1% solution in dose of 1 mg/kg of animal weight and 12.5 mg/kg of 2.5% hydrocortisone emulsion are administered subcutaneously to test rats twice a day for one week.
