The invention relates to measuring technique of water media hydro-chemical parameters. A comparison electrode has a body with salt bridge filled with electrolyte, this is connected to the medium under investigation through the bridge, potential forming element placed in the body, the output of that one is the output of the device, and elastic electrolytic chamber filled with electrolyte, this is connected to the electrolyte of the body. A load with given weight is installed on the elastic electrolytic chamber. The electrode has a normalizing capillary installed at the pass of electrolyte flow from the elastic chamber to the medium under investigation. The technical result is in passive stabilization of the electrolyte flow rate through the bridge of the comparison electrode at provision of given electrolyte flow rate.
