Method of 2-3 grades hypertension management implies determination of Body Mass Index and, provided it exceeds 30,0 kg/mand more the combination of losartan (100 mg per 24 hours) and hydrochlorothiazide (25 mg per 24 hours) is prescribed. In case Body Mass Index is less than 30,0 kg/m, the combination of bisoprolol (10 mg per 24 hours) and hydrochlorothiazide (25 mg per 24 hours) should be used.
